Fep has very good charactor of heat resistance ,electric resistance,chemical resistance. It is widely used in aviation spaceflight,instrument,medical treatment pharmacy,electric instrument,post &ccommunication,petrochemical,metallurgy &electric power,home electri products,illmination &illume.
There are two methods to produce fep film . Mould&blowing and tape-casting .
Tape-casting fep film has better tolerance to 0.005mm. Better tensile strength than moulding film .
For some reasons, the fep film's surface need treating . So there is three method to treat with the surface . Plasma ,chemical and corona . One or both sides treated. Based on the final usage.
